Additional bedrooms feature queen and twin beds with high-quality linens and room-darkening shades. The lower level game room has a pool table, foosball, board games, and a 75" TV — perfect for families and groups. There's also a dedicated office with a printer for anyone who needs to work remotely. Outside, enjoy the 8-person hot tub on the private patio with mountain views. The Canyons Village Connect shuttle provides on-demand, door-to-door service during ski season — a quick ride to the village with restaurants, shopping, and ski lifts. You can also ski back to the home via a trail that connects to the property (*snow and mountain conditions permitting*). In summer, enjoy world-class mountain biking, hiking, the alpine coaster, and concerts at Deer Valley. Historic Park City Main Street is just a 12-minute drive away. Parking: The garage is available for parking. 2 mid-size cars max — large SUVs and trucks will not fit. Street parking is not available. Other Details: The smoke alarm near the kitchen is very sensitive, so please use the stove fan when cooking.
